Cookies and local storage policy

The Spanish version of this Policy is the legally binding text. This translation is provided for reference only.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Local storage (localStorage) serves a similar purpose, but the stored value stays only on your device and is not automatically sent to the server.

This site, operated by Greyfield Strata, uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It uses Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them. The other cookies and values described here are necessary for a feature you request or for the site’s security, and do not depend on your choice.

2. What the site itself stores

All three are the site’s own and do not require your consent, because they are necessary for a feature you request or to respect your decision. They contain no personal data, are not sent to our servers and are not shared with third parties.

3. Analytics cookies: Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand in aggregate how the site is used: which pages are visited, from what kind of device and for how long. That information helps us improve our content; we do not use it to identify you or for advertising.

Your consent comes first. Google Analytics does not load or set cookies until you click “Accept” on the notice shown on your first visit. “Accept” and “Reject” carry the same weight: rejecting does not limit your use of the site.

You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you reject or withdraw consent, Google Analytics stops loading and the site deletes the _ga cookies from your browser. We will ask you again after 12 months or if this Policy changes materially.

How it is configured. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, so the data is not used for advertising. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months. Google may process this information on servers outside Colombia, including in the United States; that processing and the related transfer are explained in the Personal Data Processing Policy. 4. Security: Cloudflare

Hosting, delivery and security. The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks and automated traffic. Depending on the security settings in force, Cloudflare may set the following technical cookies:

They are security cookies: they do not require consent and are not used for advertising or to track you across sites. Cloudflare also logs technical data about each connection, such as the IP address, for security purposes; that processing is explained in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Verification on forms. The contact form and the waitlist form use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that whoever submits the form is a person and not an automated program. It loads only on the pages that have those forms and processes technical signals from your browser and connection for that sole purpose. With this site’s configuration it sets no cookies of its own. Performance statistics. If enabled, Cloudflare’s web analytics measures the site’s performance and traffic without using cookies or identifiers on your device.

5. What this site does not use

Fonts are served from the site’s own domain, not from external services. There are no embedded third-party videos, maps or widgets, and no pixels, marketing tags or advertising cookies.

6. How to delete what is stored

You can delete gs-theme, gs-view and gs-consent at any time from your browser settings, by clearing the site’s data or local storage; the site will keep working and will ask you again about analytics cookies. You can also block or delete Google Analytics and Cloudflare cookies from your browser; in Cloudflare’s case, some security checks may be shown to you again.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add new cookies or change their purpose, we will update this Policy and its tables with a new date and version number. If the change affects cookies that require consent, we will ask for it again before turning them on.
